In his new role, Arkley will lead Alliant鈥檚 retail P&C operation to leverage the strength of its Specialty Group and geographic business to drive operational excellence by bringing the best specialists to each client.

As President of Alliant Specialty, Arkley was responsible for developing and implementing the business and financial strategy. Under his leadership, the group has experienced exceptional growth of over 107% in organizational revenue and grew total premium volume by $5 billion over the past four years. He has also expanded the group鈥檚 talent base and highly regarded insurance practices to an extensive portfolio of 13 verticals. Under his strategic direction, Alliant Specialty had double-digit growth year over year during the pandemic.
Arkley joined Alliant in 2011 and brought together the premier construction risk management talent in the United States. Before joining Alliant, Arkley served as Chief Executive Officer of the global construction operations for an international insurance brokerage firm.
